Last Updated: February 5, 2026
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
1. Policy Overview
Our Commitment
Clean Phone Plan (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the App") always attaches great importance to user privacy and personal information protection. This Privacy Policy fully explains the App's collection, use, storage, and security protection of user personal information. We strictly comply with Google Play's User Data Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable data protection laws and regulations.
By using the App's services, you acknowledge and agree to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the relevant terms, please immediately stop using the App's services. We will update this policy from time to time according to business adjustments or regulatory requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be announced to the public through in-app announcements and official website publications. The revised terms will take effect upon publication.
2. Data Collection and Use

2.1 Basic Device and Operating Information:
• Device Model,
• Android System Version,

• RAM Parameters and Usage,
• Storage Capacity and Usage,
• Device Size,
• Screen Resolution,
• Ad Identifiers, etc.
2.2 Battery Information:
• Total Battery Capacity,
• Health Status,
• Real-time Battery Level,
• Operating Voltage, etc.
2.3 Other Supplementary Information:
• Application Version Number,
• Network Connection Status, etc.
2.4 Purpose of Information
The information we collect will only be used for the following legitimate purposes and will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent:
• To provide you with core cleaning services, including junk file scanning and cache clearing;
• To ensure service security and stability, we will analyze log data to fix crashes and prevent malicious operations, ensuring the app runs normally;
• To optimize the product experience, we will adjust function adaptation based on device information and usage habits to improve the ease of cleaning operations;
• To provide software authentication and upgrade notifications, informing you of app version update information and ensuring you use the latest features and security patches.
3. Data Security
To fully ensure the local security of user data, we implement the following localized control measures in data processing and storage:
• Full-process local processing: All scanning, file analysis, and status detection operations performed by the application on the device are completed entirely locally on your device. No external servers are required for core data calculation and processing; data remains on the device throughout the entire process.
• No external user database: We do not build, operate, or maintain any external server databases that store user personal data or device data, eliminating the possibility of user data being collected and stored in the cloud from the storage architecture perspective.
• Sensitive operations require user confirmation: For sensitive operations involving changes to device data, such as file deletion and deep cleaning, a manual confirmation step is required. The application does not have any automatic file deletion or cleaning mechanisms; users have complete control over data processing permissions.
4. Permissions Explanation
We only request the minimum permissions necessary to complete the functionality and follow Google Play's permission best practices:
All File Access Permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Purpose Restriction: This permission is only used for core cleanup functions—including identifying system junk files, scanning large files, and performing cleanup operations—fully complying with Google Play's reasonable use guidelines for "All File Access Permission."
Compliance Commitment: We have submitted and signed an official sensitive permission statement to Google Play, strictly guaranteeing that this permission will not be used for any purpose other than file cleanup, ensuring transparency and traceability in the use of permissions.
5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
We may integrate the following third-party services to improve application functionality and stability. These service providers have their own privacy policies:
